Redesigned the RFQ workflow for industrial steel buyers managing multiple vendors and tight deadlines. Introduced folder organisation, urgency signalling for expiring RFQs, and a cleaner data table that reduced time-to-action on urgent quotes.
Replaced email-based price negotiation with an in-platform offer and counter-offer system. Buyers and sellers can negotiate price, quantity, and delivery terms in real time — with a full negotiation history stored against each listing.
Designed a real-time liquidity provider engine used by traders at global banks — bringing coherence across a trading workspace, pricing rules engine, order book, and full user administration system without disrupting workflows traders had built over years.
